Right Now Plumbing only texts customers who ask for it. Here is every way a customer can opt in.
When a call to (480) 363-5232 goes unanswered, our phone system says:
"Sorry we missed your call to Right Now Plumbing. Want a text at this number about your request? Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We never share your number for marketing; our privacy policy is on our website. Say yes or press 1, or stay on the line to leave a voicemail."
Only callers who say yes or press 1 after hearing the full message receive texts, and only at the number they called from. Each consent is logged with the date, time, and a recording or transcript.
The first text they receive says:
"Right Now Plumbing: You're opted in for texts on your request. Msg freq varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Customers can check an optional, unchecked box on our Request an Estimate form at rightnowplumbingaz.com/estimate. The box is not required to submit the form.
